The older I get, the more I realize that peace of mind is a luxury.
Money, relationships, work, family, health...
Everything starts making sense when you realize you don't need to win every argument.
There's this lady I once met inside the metro during my internship days in India. She was the first Indian lady that has ever initiated conversation with me before. At first, I tried to ignore her because, obviously it's India, you'll hardly come across someone who you'll share a certain type of interest. But surprisingly we just clicked as soon as she started speaking English. Her English was very fluent. And out of curiosity, I asked if she had studied outside of India which her answer was yes. She told me she was currently pursuing her PhD programme. She wasn't interested in all these Indian cultures like their dressing, marriage style and so on. We had a very interesting time together honestly. What surprised me most is we met both on our way to work and also when we were coming back, which the possibility of something happening like this is close to impossible (we didn't discuss when we close from work nor shared contacts, we just met again). She was a very jovial person. She's one of the people I'd love to meet again because I learnt a lot from her. I've forgotten her name already. All I can remember, is her address, and that's because she took me there.
