Why you have stopped issuing notice in public domain if leakage or repair is happening in any way or connection line. From 1 month we are facing water issues. Djb teams says their is repair work at khyala. Which repair takes 1 month and no notice is issued.

Airtel service has become so bad they can't even solve your problem if you write email call 121 or write to Appellate Authority. They just increase charges for everything and don't do anything for customer.

Airtel just looted Rs 1000 from me. I applied for iptv twice they charged 500 for booking. When booking confirmed it was assigned as dth. Twice it was cancelled and they gave timeline of 7-10 days for refund. You take money instantly, but can't refund instantly

I had applied for iptv yesterday. No installation. The order was assigned to other engineer who works in dth installation. Very bad experience. I even messaged you but still you did nothing. Airtel now only cares about money.

@Cyberdost I have recieved a message on WhatsApp in name of Djb from unofficial number. Message states my connection will be disconnected today at 9:30 PM due to no update in meter reading. I checked with Djb helpline they say it's a fraud. Please report this incident.
