I’ve been a victim of fraud by Reliance Digital. I sent them multiple emails, but they gave no resolution. Now, I’m taking my complaint to the consumer forum. I’m very frustrated, disappointed, and feel cheated by @RelianceDigital

Bought an @LG AC from @RelianceDigital Digital,@GreaterNoida Omax, 4days and still no installation. After regular reminders Now the dealer isn’t even picking up my calls. Extremely poor service, very disappointed—@RelianceDigital, @LGIndia
@LGIndia When will this be resolved? The dealer hasn’t answered my calls since yesterday, and now his phone is switched off. Is this the level of service you provide to your customers? It’s extremely hot these days, and still you can’t arrange a technician to fix this. Very disappointing

Rust is not being covered, Very disappointing. The quality of the KAFF chimney seems poor, which is why it get rusted,this is not my fault. Expected better support
Bought @kaffindia VASCO chimney from @VijaySales with 2-year extended warranty from @onsitego . After just 2 years, it’s heavily rusted inside. Raised complaint but both are denying to take responsibility.
Paid premium price for a product that lasted only 2 years. Feeling cheated
