Imagine you buy a house in a town in 2024, and I build mine in that same town in 2025, your home won't be more expensive than mine. If they are in the same location and have similar square footage, they will be worth the same. But if you bought an iPhone 15 in 2024, and I buy an iPhone 16 next year, my phone will be more valuable than yours. Do you get the drift? Buy things whose value increases over time instead of items that lose value overnight. That is the reason billions are poor, and few are rich. You upgrade your iPhone each year, but you live in a rented house, and your landlord increases your rent annually. Even your rent is begging you to get some sense!
