AWB 1904064379054 — COD shipment worth ₹32,200 was tampered in transit. Courier even confirmed parcel was damaged & items replaced.
Despite multiple proofs, claim is repeatedly closed as “not reachable” (false).
#Shiprocket#Delhivery
the claim is being denied without any investigation report.
The approach so far reflects a lack of accountability and extremely poor handling of a legitimate issue.
This isn’t how disputes should be resolved.

Received yet another call repeating a standard template response about POD signatures- something that was never requested or obtained at the time of delivery.
Even after sharing complete proof, including clear evidence of product discrepancy.

@ShiprocketCare This matter is already under review with National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 8980944).
Looking forward to a response backed by actual evidence.
@ShiprocketCare Also, tracking clearly shows “Shipment damaged” at Delhi facility, which indicates the issue occurred during transit.
Closing the claim without providing any supporting documentation is not a valid resolution.
@ShiprocketCare Request you to kindly share:
• Call logs / timestamps of these “attempted calls”
• Investigation report for this shipment
• Verification records from transit points
@ShiprocketCare Additionally:
• No calls were received despite claims
• Tracking clearly shows “Shipment damaged” during transit
Redirecting to a closed ticket does not resolve the issue.
This matter is already under review with National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 8980944).
@ShiprocketCare The concern is not about receiving a response — it is about the quality and validity of that response.
The ticket was closed without:
• Any investigation report
• Any verification proof
• Any Certificate of Fact (COF)
@ShiprocketCare Also asked to create a new ticket, which resets the issue instead of resolving it.
This matter is already under review with National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 8980944).
Request a transparent resolution with actual evidence, not template responses.
@ShiprocketCare Ticket 3533858 was “closed” without resolution.
Key points being ignored:
• Tracking shows “Shipment damaged” at Delhi facility
• No investigation report shared
• No verification proof provided
• No calls were ever received despite claims
Unboxing video clearly shows completely different product received from sealed RTO package.
This is not a delivery issue — this is in-transit tampering.
@Shiprocketindia@Delhivery
Despite multiple follow-ups, no investigation report or evidence has been shared.
Your own tracking shows “Shipment damaged” during transit.
Yet the claim is denied citing no damage and POD remarks.

Your own tracking shows: “Shipment damaged” during transit.
Yet the claim is denied saying no damage at delivery.
How does a “damaged shipment” result in completely different contents being delivered?
