BTSC द्वारा जूनियर इंजीनियर की 8000 पदों पर भर्ती निकाली गई है, जिसमें अन्य राज्यों एवं केंद्र सरकार की तरह बीटेक अभ्यर्थियों को भी भर्ती में शामिल किया जाय,
नीचे लिखें बिन्दुओं से यह साफ है कि बीटेक जेई पदों पर अर्ह है
इस सम्बन्ध में माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हिमाचल प्रदेश के एक मामले में पहले ही बीटेक अभ्यर्थियों को को शामिल होने का आदेश देते हुए कहा है कि बीटेक छात्र खुद को समकक्ष या उच्च योग्यता मान कर जेई पदों पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं,
बिहार में बीटेक छात्रों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर नगण्य है जबकि डिप्लोमा छात्र अमीन, सर्वेयर, और जेई जैसे पदों पर अर्ह है।
बीटेक छात्र सिर्फ अहर्ता मांग रहे कोई अलग से अधिमान नहीं।
सहायक अभियंता के 50% पदों को जूनियर इंजीनियरो द्वारा पदोन्नति से भरने का प्रवधान है एवं 10 % पद डिग्री धारक जेई से भरने का प्रवधान है, जब डिग्री होल्डर्स जेई बनेंगे नहीं तो यह नियम शून्य हो जाएगा।
@AICTE_INDIA ने इंटरमीडिएट+ फर्स्ट ईयर आफ डिग्री को डिप्लोमा के समकक्ष माना है।
अतः बीटेक अभ्यर्थियों को जूनियर इंजीनियर भर्ती में शामिल करें।
