@airindia I booked a SFO–DEL flight expecting flat-bed business class seats as advertised. However, the aircraft had angled/recliner seats instead. This is misleading and unacceptable for a long-flight. My seat is 8k. Very disappointed
@SarikaRaj257522@airindia Check out the experience with World class Airlines like Emirates Qatar and other GCC airlines. They take 28 days just to respond and another 28 days to refund if you are lucky
@mrsinha Don't recognise any Canadian university degrees in India and @CanadianPM can keep all those who want Khalistan and give them land to create one in Canada.

Part 3: If as passenger we would have requested a similar change Airlines would have charged us change fee and fare difference. But no such penalty on airlines if they change our flight which resulted in cost to us.

@PrecisionAirTz
Part2: Last minute 7 of the 16 pax were not allowed to board as the Supervisor Mohammed Juma said the flight is over booked and we were put on another flight which is about 90 min later without our consensus.
