VIDEO | Delhi: Advocate and AAP leader Rishikesh Kumar on the Janakpuri school rape case, after the Delhi High Court cancelled the bail granted to the accused female teacher, says, "The Delhi High Court today pronounced its judgment in the Janakpuri police station case related to the rape of a three year old girl in a school. The trial court had granted bail to the female teacher who was arrested by the police in the case. The police challenged that order, and I appeared on behalf of the complainant. Arguments were heard on July 8, and the judgment was pronounced today. The High Court has cancelled the bail granted to the accused teacher and directed her to surrender within three days. This is a very serious case in which an innocent three year old girl was allegedly raped at a reputed school in the national capital on just her third day of attending school. The High Court has set aside the trial court's order and directed the accused teacher to surrender within three days."

भाजपा सरकार और एमसीडी 90% नालों-नालियों की सफाई का दावा करती रही, लेकिन ज़मीनी सच्चाई बताती है कि ये दावे पूरी तरह खोखले और झूठे हैं। अगर सफाई वास्तव में हुई होती, तो पहली ही बारिश में दिल्ली की सड़कें तालाब नहीं बनतीं।

Anupam ji is a celebrity and has done excellent work in the film industry but unfortunately he has been a part of the echo system of Mr Modi for reasons best known to him. And this aspect of his has undermined his earned position and to my considered opinion, generations to come won’t remember him for his works more than what harm he caused to India by not speaking truth about Mr Modi when the country needed the same the most.

He is making this film ONLY TO HELP Mr Modi in 2029 election and not to highlight Ayodhya ji or Bhagwan Sriram’s temple.

Why has he not spoken against the decision of Govt to disallow the facts based movie “Satluj” showing the life and sacrifices of Sardar Jaswant Singh Khalra who did exceptional work to expose the sikh massacre happened during 84-94. Sikhs have stood like a rock for the nation and against every enemy and not condemning the decision of Govt will mean that he is a valuable part of the echo system which promotes Mr Modi politically.

Hope his movie will also include the long history of unaccounted money loot by BJP, VHP and RSS!
