Congratulations to the GoI for passing the anti-paper leak bill, a welcome step toward restoring exam integrity.

However, I doubt this will change much on the ground. If strict laws could deter anything, sexual crimes would have nosedived after the Nirbhaya Act, but they continue the same way.

For well-funded leak syndicates, compromising exams is not a crime, but a highly lucrative livelihood. They will simply adapt, charge higher prices to offset the risk, bribe law enforcement, and find new loopholes to exploit.

To actually plug paper leaks, we need to fight this like a cybersecurity battle, a continuous dynamic of virus versus antivirus, a dedicated technical team comprising cybersecurity experts, cryptographers, ethical hackers, and operational strategists. Because criminals constantly innovate, our defense must evolve even faster to outfox and outsmart them at every step, from secure question generation to encrypted transmission and digital exam centers. Only by staying one step ahead through technological agility can we truly put an end to paper leaks.

But then why is CJP standing shoulder to shoulder with Kapil Sibal?

Kapil Sibal was the Union Education Minister from May 2009 to October 2012.

During that period, multiple examination paper leak cases happened across the country, including engineering entrance exams, AIIMS, CBSE, B.Ed., university exams, CS exams and others.

Several exams were cancelled, postponed or investigated.

NCRB data from the same period also recorded thousands of student suicides under the category "Failure in Examination"

Keep politics aside. I don't care which party you support.

I want to raise an important issue.

Narendra Modi is our sitting Prime Minister.

He is a man.

But the way hundreds of girls abused and sexually harassed him at the CJP protest is not okay.

All of them should be punished.

Imagine if a woman were the Prime Minister. Would any boy use such words against her?

And even if they did, would they face no punishment?

Who gave these girls the right to abuse a man, sexually harass him, and make jokes about his marriage and sexuality?
