Absolute chaos at Kalyan station today for 6:32 AM #AClocal, platform was changed TWICE, leaving passengers confused and scrambling to catch their train.

Women, senior citizens and even pregnant women faced unnecessary hardship. Is this how Central Railway manages its peak-hour services?

Repeated platform changes without proper coordination put passengers at risk.

Who is accountable for this mismanagement? Passengers deserve proper planning, timely announcements and basic consideration for their safety. Please investigate and take corrective action. #CentralRailway #MumbaiLocal

@AshwiniVaishnaw @Central_Railway Please look at the ground reality of AC Locals at Dombivli.

No visible RPF presence, virtually no TC checking inside AC Locals, and many passengers travelling without a valid AC ticket because they know enforcement is missing.

What is the fault of passengers who pay a hefty premium for an AC service?

On top of overcrowding, AC Locals are also running late, adding further inconvenience to passengers who are paying extra for a premium service. Genuine passengers should not be made to suffer because of poor enforcement.

Please ensure regular ticket checking and proper RPF presence, especially during peak hours. We pay for a premium service—not overcrowding, unchecked travel and delays.

There absolutely no cooling in the AC compartment of the Fast local running towards Kalyan and it is suffocating for the commuters.

@cbdhage The ongoing work of widening Nashik Road from Thane onwards will be a game changer for people staying beyond Thane. I hope the work on creek bridges on this route will be completed at the same time. Else it will create huge bottlenecks

@fly91_IN @ManojChacko9 No one is taking SDW-BLR and SDW-HYD. Please connect SDW to BOM and you will see great occupancy. This route has huge potential due to the proximity of tourist destinations. You will see yearlong passenger traffic for sure.

7:16 AC slow local is running as non AC today. This happened on 3rd and 5th February 2024 as well. What's wrong with the services? Are you even care for the passengers who actually paid for the monthly pass?

A lot of ticketless commuters boarding AC slow local that starts from Kalyan at 7:16 am. This happens specially at Diva, Kalwa and Mumbra stations. Request you to arrange for strict ticket checking onboard.
