Railway Stations Charging 300 for 1 hr for parking but @RailMinIndia fails to run trains on time.
Airports charge 100/150 but Howrah Station charging 300 for 1 hour.

Is this justified? Kolkata Airport charges 100/150 whereas Railway Station is charging 300
