@mickreade minting has to be disable with the function _mintingFinished (from the smart contract)
without that burning of 90B is meaningless

@mickreade what is the benefit when the marker tokens are burnt, as long as minting is still allowed within the smart contract, new tokens can be minted at their discretion at any time.
