@abcapital Yes. They did get in touch. To telle that it will take them 20 days to send me a foreclosure letter! @RBI is this what you want ordinary citizens to experience? I am shocked at the apathy of this organisation and the way that the @RBI is allowing them to get away with it

@Olacabs cab drivers call, ask for destination and cancel the ride randomly. This is a regular problem with Ola, not Uber. Faced it yesterday also and the day before too. Everytime moved over to Uber. Maybe that's your business strategy?

This seems to be the going theme for you guys @Black_DeckerIN . Charge the customer for a product and then force them to change it without providing any service. A warning to all potential customers - these people won't provide any service. They will not even bother to respond

@Black_DeckerIN What will it take to get any response for service from you guys? It's been more than 2 weeks and no one bothers to respond at the call centre and there is no response to WhatsApp requests through your bot. All service centres are unresponsive also. 1/2
