MY OFFICIAL SOLUTION TO THE VOTING CRISIS (thread):

1) Encrypt every vote using public-key/private-key encryption (comparable to Bitcoin technology).

2a) Mandate Voter ID and allow only U.S. Citizens to vote (unlike California). Restructure "Motor-Voter" to accommodate this.
