I would not call what’s visible in this video a tornado. What it most resembles is ragged scud/pannus beneath the storm base, with the cloud material rapidly changing shape in turbulent inflow.

@oneulilgi @MaxVelocityWX The distinction is that there’s a lot of motion in the cloud, and portions curl and move around one another, which can absolutely look like rotation. But I don't see a persistent, organized condensation funnel rotating around a clear vertical axis. .

@oneulilgi @MaxVelocityWX What you filmed is an updraft forming a scud clouds. An updraft is warm, humid air, near the ground, scooped up and lifted by the storm's inflow, causing moisture to condense rapidly into ragged patches below the main cloud base, causing movement and clouds that look like this.
