@PaytmMoney Correct. The best part is that SIPs don’t get deducted via autopay if you use #PayTMMoney. They’d delete msgs on tickets and for 7+ days, just respond by saying that they have prioritised it and working on it. Great customer support if u have all the time in the world to waste.

@AjioCares Not sure what the team is looking into. Now the delivery date has changed to 20th March. Guys, this shipment was supposed to be delivered by 9th and it’s just sheer waste of time to follow up. Arrange for the refund immediately and cancel this order. I don’t want to waste my time
@AjioCares order FN3236705634 placed on 5th Mar with delivery date of 9th March. 2 tickets already raised for non delivery of this shipment yet. Then you guys updated that its dispatched on 12th. Tracking id says shipment canceled. Delivery date again changed from 16th to 18th.

Every morning, the status is updated that the shipment is out for delivery and by evening the status changes to as per snippet. Mind you, this is an exchange order. Why would the recipient refuse the delivery?
@AjioCares there has been an order delivery pending for some days now and your delivery partner @delhivery@help_delhivery is just mentioning that they’d reattempt the delivery (twice) as consignee not available whereas there is no delivery attempted yet. AWB 195042438528911

@AJIOLife@AjioCares has find a new way to fool customers. Deliberately delivering wrong sizes in multiple orders and no exchange functionality. The only way is to return the wrong size and they charge a fee of Rs 29 just to deliver wrong size and then it is non refundable. Wow!!
@AjioCares Everyone else is able to reach me on mobile except Ajio. Great! Anyways, I’ve already raised the return request for the wrong delivered size (Twice for both the orders-main and exchange both) and have understood that you guys wont be doing anything. Thanks for the inconvenience.
@AjioCares As I knew, this exchange order is again wrong size delivered. I categorically told that order is for 14-15 yrs (Brand Size-15) again size 14 delivered under exchange. Now as usual, you wont be able to do anything. Very bad experience @AJIOLife
