@_groww I want an immediate resolution for the fund in screenshot(Purchased on 22nd Aug 2022 through groww) now it's missing from Dashboard. Support team is saying it's already redeemed. I had also purchased the same fund through CAMS and that amount is redeemed.Resolve this ASAP

Hi @_groww ,Regarding Tkt# 6125813, I have been waiting for a refund of failed MF txn (dt- 7th July'22, amt-8K).According to support executives "refund is initiated & delay is from BSE". 60 days is a long wait, pls resolve this ASAP.
