This is the update which your Pali- Sudhagad Team has given. In the past i have personally gone and collected all my parcels. Not a single parcel is home delivered (and you are a courier company) while @Safexpress delivers to my doorstep.
If you don't service the pincode /area why do you take bookings? Of you can't do business, kindly shut shop ASAP but stop torturing customers. This parcel from #moombafoods has got returned the second time with same reason while the fact is this is a small masala shop who has taken dealership and does not deliver a single parcel even to bis neighbour. I always thought DTDC was a professional company when i was in Navi Mumbai. Deeply disturbed by the way this lady at Pali outlet spoke rudely and also said please take your business somewhere else. So fine let us all do that. 😇🙏🏼
