@peayouuh If her body is perfect to be seen or hidden, to be used, if it’s pleasurable, or what can be “improved”. Women’s bodies are not seen as neutral or the default compared with men. So unfortunately no. I don’t think it really makes a difference.

@peayouuh There is nothing about a woman’s body that the patriarchal system will not objectify/sexualise. I’d say it’s worse with celebrities because they are used to commodify the female body, whether it’s to sell a product or make a statement, there will be constant scrutiny.
