When I try to contact on call they say I've to write mail, and on mail with attached documents and all wrong transaction details , then also you guys are not responding to the complaint. It's been weeks now. 👎👎

Why don't you provide the proper customer support. I want a refund of all the undelivered and uncooked food.

Very bad experience day by day on @Swiggy @SwiggyCares . Each time I orders from swiggy either some item will be missing , sometimes under-cooked food is delivered.
And their customer care is the worst. No help given and doesn't understand anything. Multiple Worst experiences.😡

After taking premium subscription, my account is disabled and noone is replying to my mail. This is very bad and unethical behaviour.
After taking money from users you're deactivating their accounts and not replying to the concerns also.😡😡
