@SwiggyCares Its just like hitting a tight slap then u say sorry! I have paid for my services. And as a customer its within my rights to demand. "A consumer should never be deprived of anything". Apologies in this regard is not sufficient i need "Refund" or a "Coupon" so that u feel my loss!!

@SwiggyCares My point is when i placed the order it was clearly mentioned *KJB 8pcs i.e it would be 8pcs in a box if instead of 3times i ordered just 1x 8pcs how you would have served me?Obviously 8pcs in a box!So when i ordered 3times the same item you should hv packed that as per the order!

@SwiggyCares If I ordered 3 plates of rice of same breed you are taking charges to serve it on a plate you have to ask me how will i would like to get it.
Sc 1. Served all 3 together
Sc 2. Serve every plate separately..!! This is what called "Value for Customers"!!!

@JioCare @reliancejio Such a cheap service and so unattended customer service is not at all expected from a Company like you. Whole Apartment total 7 customers are facing issues from last 23 days and the company seems to be cool about this. Hav called CC Ex for atleast 13 times
