DG #CRPF Shri @gpsinghips and senior officers at Force HQ accorded a warm farewell to Shri M.J. Vijay, DIG RTC Avadi, on his superannuation after more than three decades of distinguished service to the nation.

A 23rd Batch CRPF officer, Shri M.J. Vijay served extensively in J&K, LWE and North East theatres. He also served in the UN Mission in Liberia and made significant contributions in the field of training. A 5th Degree Black Belt in Karate, he is a recipient of the PMMS and Home Minister’s Medal for Excellence in Training.

The entire #CRPF fraternity expresses heartfelt gratitude for his exemplary service and wishes him a healthy, happy & fulfilling retired life.

Shri Vishan Swaroop Sharma, DIG (Estt), was accorded a heartfelt farewell on his superannuation by Shri @gpsinghips, DG, #CRPF, along with senior officers at Force HQ.

A 23rd Batch CRPF officer, he rendered more than 33 years of dedicated service in diverse operational and administrative assignments across the country. He also served in the UN Mission in Bosnia and led his unit to be recognized as the Best Administrative & Operational Unit.

Recipient of the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service and Police Medal for Meritorious Service, his calm leadership and exemplary dedication have left a lasting impact on the Force.

The entire #CRPF fraternity wishes him good health, happiness & a rewarding retired life ahead.

@imlodhi सर आपने ग़लत गिनती लिख दी है क्योंकि DC और 2IC दो अलग अलग रैंक हैं इस हिसाब से DIG तक 5 प्रमोशन हो जाते हैं ।
जहाँ तक फेक नेरेटिव की बात है तो वो आप चला रहे हैं I
SCI ने CAPF को OGAS का लाभ देने की बात कही है ना कि AIS का ।अतः आप बतायें कि इनको OGAS का लाभ मिलना चाइए या नहीं ?

@imlodhi @crpfindia Please read DOPT rules on OGAS with the SCI judgment first .This matter was never between IPS and https://t.co/1s7ndwhyuW thing of OGAS is that all posts up to SAG should be filled by cadre.Over the SAG there is no issue for deputation of any service .

गया, बिहार के इमामगंज इलाके में 25 अगस्त, 2008 को माओवादियों के विरुद्ध चलाए गए अभियान के दौरान 159 बटा. #सीआरपीएफ के जवानों की नक्सलियों से भीषण मुठभेड़ में अत्यंत बहादुरी एवं कर्तव्य के प्रति समर्पण का परिचय देते हुए HC/GD भूपेंद्र प्रसाद सिंह ने राष्ट्र सेवा में अपने प्राण न्योछावर कर दिए। वीर बलिदानी को #CRPF का कोटि-कोटि नमन।

25 अगस्त, 2000 को असम में संचालित उग्रवाद विरोधी अभियान से वापसी के दौरान #CRPF की 125 बटा. के वाहनों को लक्षित कर उग्रवादियों द्वारा किए गए सुनियोजित आईईडी विस्फोट में 2 रणबांकुरों ने कर्तव्य पंक्ति में अपने प्राणों का उत्सर्ग कर दिया। वीर बलिदानियों को #सीआरपीएफ का कोटि-कोटि नमन।
