Was going fine until I was kicked for a forced update to the Trion client. Very happy with my pre-purchase.
UCF HSPT 2019. All our teams did great! Some new competitors at their first events were able to solve 4 problems and we had one team in the top 10. So proud of these kids!
@att Thanks for ignoring me for 90 mins as I tried to get a hold of someone in the corporate. Was put on hold, then transferred to customer service, who could not transfer me back. Hung up on, called back and placed on hold for an addition 20 minutes and disconnected once again.
Had a misunderstanding with @ATT, and thought the situation was resolved 2 WEEKS AGO. But no, called back and spent an hour on the phone with a very nice young lady, but they still want to rob me of $110. Glad I've been a customer for 20 years..... #sarcasm
