Still eating the cabbage soup this week. I’m about to make my third pot. I’m going to add miso & mushrooms & zucchini to give it a different vibe.
I’ll try and be more consistent with it to be able to report back with results
Made a batch of cabbage soup hahaha. I’ll let you know how it goes.
So far, super tasty. Whole pot is about 900 calories but it’ll last me like 2 or 3 days I think. Idk, I’ll let you know.
Completed my to-do list yesterday & I felt so good! Earlier in the day I cleaned the house, put on a face mask, & had a matcha — a great start to my morning. Today on my list is to do a mat pilates workout, have a cup of tea, and pick up a book to read.
Painted my nails & ate a healthy dinner!I’m procrastinating cleaning my room. It was so hot in here earlier but it’s cooled down now. Going to start with putting away 10 things. Then go from there
When I’m active on this app I do a lot better with productivity. So prepare to see a lot more of me hopefully. My to-do list when I get home from work: paint my nails, clean my bedroom, eat a nourishing dinner. Simple & easy!

-saying “no” even to yourself

-eating to nourish, not to numb
Okay I’m actually freaking out because I’m not sticking to any plan recently. I need to start with the basics.
Water intake - 2 bottles at least
Skincare - cleanser & moisturizer
Move my body - walking or pilates or running
Nourishing foods - cook at home &no more deliveries
