ये ‘यशोदा’ हैं, पूर्व में नाम हालिमा था। इनके नाना को 1992 के आस-पास रामपुर में कन्वर्ट कराया गया, फिर धन के लिए हत्या की गई। इनके मामा मिकी की हत्या हुई, चार मौसी, चार अन्य मामा कहाँ हैं, पता नहीं। 244 कमरों वाले मस्जिद-मदरसे में इनकी माँ के साथ चौदह वर्ष तक दुष्कर्म चलता रहा।

छोटी बहन को सर काट कर उपलों पर जला दिया, चार वर्ष की एक अन्य बहन का बलात्कार हुआ। इनकी माँ को किसी तरह इन्होंने बाहर निकाला। बाद में इनके साथ रेप हुआ, घुटनों से माँस काटा गया।

गुप्तांगों में बंदूक डाला गया, चाकू से यूटेरस तक को क्षति पहुँचाई गई, गले को इतना दबाया गया कि इनकी आवाज सही से नहीं निकलती। मैंने @officeofvijay1 द्वारा इनकी कहानी सुनने पर एक पॉडकास्ट किया, जो भयावह है। एक दोगले पत्रकार के पास दो वर्ष पहले गईं थीं, उसने मौलवी से लाख रुपए ले कर स्टोरी दबा दी।

@Uppolice @rampurpolice ने कल इसका संज्ञान ले कर कार्रवाई आरंभ की है। संभव है यह छांगुर बाबा टाइप का कुछ बड़ा विषय निकल आए जो उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस ने क्रैक किया।

@myogiadityanath जी से आग्रह है कि इस पीड़िता को न्याय दिलाएँ और इस पूरे घटनाक्रम की, जो 1992-2024 मार्च तक चला है, उसकी पूरी जाँच हो।

One day in each month, the approximately five thousand home buyers (and their family members) log-in to Supreme Court’s video Conferencing Portal
ardently hoping for a favorable order or maybe just a patient hearing from the Apex Law body. A wait of over 2.5 years and 27 fresh dates now.

Irony is that a Gurugram, sector 112 based Earth Copia Project has been stuck in an appeal (Civil appeal 2466 of 2023) filed by GNIDA authorities in April 2023 in supreme Court - a collateral damage in spite of being a completely different state.

The home buyers having invested in projects of Earth Infrastructure Ltd in Year 2011-12 await for their dream homes for over 13 Years now. While the corrupt management of EIL were arrested by EOW, Delhi police and were released on completion of their meager three-year-old sentence as per the extant laws, the agony of Homebuyers surpasses the same by over a decade. A hint of hopelessness could be felt upon interaction with these home buyers fighting their separate battles of illnesses, shemozzle due to investments made including retirement money and deaths of over two hundred buyers in this long wait. A battle of endless wait for their homes, where the only losers are --- Our few fellow countryman and their hopes.

In last ten years the aggrieved buyers of four properties underwent EOW investigations, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) through NCLT, NCLAT and now Supreme Court. Whereas, Earth Techone, Sapphire Court and Towne are located in Greater Noida one of the properties Earth Copia located in Gurugram has been hurdled by appeal by GNIDA demanding the penalty and heavy interest on payments pending for over ten years. An additional burden and cause of concern for the distressed home buyers many of whom happen to be retired Military
and Government officials.

This case of seemingly endless battle and hope for a dream home is not in isolation with over Lakhs of homebuyers spread in complete country having been
suffering due to greed of consortiums, builders, lack of monitoring by agencies such as GNIDA and non–timely resolution of pending legal cases due to complexity and uniqueness of each such Properties. A pro-active, time -bound approach by licensing authorities, swift and appropriate disposal of pending legal cases by stake holders is the least that can be undertaken for the pained buyers who even as on date will still have to further undergo agonizing wait for at least three years for completion of construction after the Properties are freed from all encumbrances.
