On check up - there was no injury. They also wanted scans etc which again showed nothing.

साथ मे होटल के डिजिटल रिकार्ड से इस डाटा को परमानेंट डिलीट भी कर देता है... और होटल से बगैर बताए,बगैर इस्तीफा दिए, गायब हो जाता है....

इसी फरीद खान का का एक दोस्त नाम साजिद अंसारी ... इस डाटा चोर शख्स का अपॉइंटमेंट ...एनराइज़ बॉयज सायाजी होटल में करवा देता है...

फिर वहां से भी यह हिंदुओं के पर्सनल डाटा चुराता है

यह मात्र खतरे की घण्टी नहीं है.... ��ूरे भारत में होटलों, अस्पतालों में ऐसे स्टॉफर्स की भरमार है, अस्पतालों की रिसेप्शन,ICU और नर्सिंग स्टेशनों पर ऐसे लोग दिखाई देते हैं... ओपीडी प्रैक्टिस करने वाले डॉक्टरों के मरीज़ का परचा बनाने और नम्बर लगाने का काम भी एक हद तक इन्ही लोगों के हाथ में है ! अस्पतालों में नाइट ड्यूटी करने वाले लोगों में BAMS, BUMS डॉक्टरों से लेकर नान मेडिको स्टाफ में यही लोग काबिज़ हैं...

मैं यह नहीं कहता कि इन सब लोगों का स्वभाव होटल के भागे उपरोक्त कर्मचारी की तरह होता है...लेकिन vigilance की ज़रूरत तो है... अस्पतालों होटलों में खास तौर से 🙏

Anita Dahiya had a life insurance policy with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance — the insurance arm of one of India's largest conglomerates, the Aditya Birla Group.

Her policy matured.

She expected her money. Instead, she got something she hadn't asked for, hadn't chosen, and hadn't signed up for.

The company decided she would now receive a pension plan.

She had not opted for a pension plan. She had never asked for a pension plan. She wanted her maturity amount.

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance said: too bad.
This is a practice that is so quiet it almost disappears into paperwork.

At maturity, instead of paying the customer, the insurer "converts" the payout into an annuity or pension plan — and presents it as a feature, not a decision that was made without your consent.

Ms. Dahiya didn't accept it.

She filed a consumer complaint. Challenged the company's decision.

The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, presided by Dr. Inder Jit Singh, held that an insurer cannot impose a pension plan on the insured if the plan hadn't been opted for at the maturity of the insurance policy.

You cannot impose a product on a customer after the original contract has concluded.

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is not a small company with poor legal counsel. They have entire teams dedicated to policy structuring, product compliance, and regulatory affairs.

They know — or should know — that you cannot unilaterally change what a customer receives at maturity.

They did it anyway. And a widow had to fight them in the country's apex consumer court to get what she was owed.

The NCDRC ruled in her favour.

The Commission directed Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance to pay the maturity amount she was entitled to — not the pension plan they had decided, for her, without her consent.

This is what "deficiency in service" looks like: not always a dramatic fraud, but sometimes a quiet, paperwork-buried decision that robs you of what you earned.

The Aditya Birla Group manages assets in insurance, telecom, cement, metals, and financial services. Their lobbying budget, legal budget, and compliance budget each exceed the savings of the people they serve.

And yet — one woman, one consumer court, one ruling — was enough.

One policy. One maturity. One pension plan no one asked for. One woman who said: not this.

If your life insurance policy matures and the insurer wants to convert your payout into a pension or annuity you never opted for — you do not have to accept it.
This is an unfair trade practice. The NCDRC has ruled that an insurer cannot impose a pension plan at maturity without your explicit consent. Your payout is yours.
