"You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?" I am excited to share this brand new #batman@altmovieposters#artwork with you! Since 1989 watching it at the cinema, my enthusiasm for #timburton's iconic telling of The Dark Knight's story has never diminished! For my version I really wanted to include as many characters as possible, & capture the essence of this classic film! Visit @StarsCarsEvents @BoltonArena THIS SUNDAY where I will be displaying a very special Artist's Proof of this #batman89 piece! After the event it will be auctioned, with all proceeds going to @DerianHouse Children's Hospice.
"I made you, you made me first."🦇

@healthyopinion@briteeth@iangordon1959@TheBDA@EddieCrouch Mental Health is so important now. We’ve lost so many colleagues….we can’t lose anymore. It’s our responsibility to make sure we support our Profession and adapt a way forwards to benefit both the Clinician and the Patients they treat. GDC needs to support us, not terrorise us.
@el_dentisto@DentistWhoRuns I don’t understand how this hasn’t gotten underway already. They made an example of Raj Rattan and I thought this would have corporates twitching their arses like a rabbits nose, but I’ve not heard of any other cases as yet..
It’s a great system. The GDC allow the overseas dentists to register as a Dental Therapist/Hygienist without the need for ANY assessments whatsoever hoping that the NHS dental waiting lists clear over night….And then, when these poor morsels trip up - the GDC will be ready to nail them to the wall….
@Laurenharrhy85@TheBDA@mydentist_uk I’m not a patient. But I do have patinets coming to my practice (from MyDentist) telling me that you are planning to go completely private. Please correct me if I am wrong.
My understanding is that @mydentist_uk has started the process of handing back their
1000 odd NHS contracts and are preparing to introduce private plans for all patients or let them go ‘pay as you go’.
If the largest dental corporate in the UK can’t make the NHS contract work - it’s game over.
Here’s an idea! Undergaraduate dentists need to pay £10k+ per year in university fees for 5 years, but there is some subsidy from the government in the last 2 years. How about the government say ‘we’ll cover all 5 years of your undergraduate degree costs, but you have to commit to 3-5 years of NHS Dental services’.
You can’t get something out unless you put something in…!
