We were delayed 3 times within an hour Friday night, put on standby for a flight for Saturday, put on standby again for a flight on Monday. Payed for a hotel for a night and rented car driving Dallas to KC. Customer service has not been great.
@AmericanAir I would appreciate some full transparency in what you specifically plan to do to rectify our situation. We understand logistically why we were not to fly, but we paid for a service that was not honored.
@AmericanAir it was not a great experience paying over $850 dollars to be put on standby 2x over. We did not receive the flight we payed for. Ended up paying for a hotel and renting a car to drive from Dallas to KC. Only GREAT EXPERIENCE WAS @enterprisecares
