Chums! Baby Dog here. It’s suddenly hot again! I just wanted to tell you that our Blue Delphiniums and Red Geraniums are blooming beautifully. Mum always plants them together in tribute to A.A.Milne’s lovely poem ‘The Dormouse and the Doctor’:

There once was a Dormouse who lived in a bed
Of delphiniums (blue) and geraniums (red)
And all the day long he'd a wonderful view
Of geraniums (red) and delphiniums (blue)

Friends! We REALLY enjoyed all your replies about what makes you happy. They were so heartwarming - thank you. Here’s what makes Percy happy - Jigsaw Puzzles. If Mum is doing a big one that won’t fit on her puzzle board, she has to do it on the table and cover it with a cloth so it doesn’t get pulled apart. Trouble is, Percy knows it’s under there!

It’s been so hard to choose, but I have decided on Ronette, as she is a Mini Ron with ginger features 🧡 I am trying to encourage her to eat but she seems reluctant at the moment, so I’m helping her out. Friends! The Little One brought home a new Friend… another Cat! It has somewhat set the Cat amongst the Pigeons in our house. I have so far shown no interest in it (obviously) and the Triplets seem to want to look after it. Baby Dog, however, just wants to shout at it! Chaos ensues!

Chums! Baby Dog here. Has anyone UK based noticed how HAPPY the birds seem to be at the moment? They are all singing so LOUDLY! I have been listening to them a lot, and I find that they stop me worrying and make me feel calm. Maybe they will do the same for you? Sound up! Friends! Percy doesn’t seem to have learned his lesson after breaking Winnie-the-Pooh’s ear off. I just walked in to find this scene in front of me. Does he think he’s an ornament? Tut-tut, Percy!

Friends! I have news! Mum has successfully mended Winnie-the-Pooh. His ears are back in place (stuck with superglue). I also know that Percy was the culprit who knocked Pooh off the shelf. I know because he’s been behaving in a Very Guilty Manner. But we’ve forgiven him of course!

Friends! Last night the Family went to London to help Grandpa celebrate his 80th birthday. Mum said they celebrated very near the famous Abbey Road Studios where the Beatles recorded. Our friend Jasper gave us the good idea of creating this image. We look like The Beatles, don’t we?! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! 🎵
