@AmazonUK Ordered a fire 10 bundle for our toddlers Xmas present on "prime", tablet itself won't arrive until Jan. Ordered on Currys and got it already. Out of pocket as not allowed to cancel it so have to wait to get a refund when it arrives in the New Year! #consumerrights

@AmazonUK let me buy a Fire 10 kids tablet saying it was a Prime Bundle, but only the screen protector and headphones arriving before Xmas! Won't let me cancel, so now out of pocket as having to buy their most popular tablet elsewhere. Go figure 🤦 #crapservice #wantedarefund

@santanderuk trying to pay my credit card, only to be greeted with technical errors. Been told I'll be charged £12 for late payment because I don't have a DD set up, and even if I pay via BACS it'll still take 1 working day. So why would I pay it this month then?! Stupid system!
