It seems the issue has been resolved by MS side. now I can see histories and groups!

@MSFT365Status @MSFT365Status, @MicrosoftTeams login seems partially back. I can login from desktop app. but browser is not. and all my chat history, chat groups, and teams are gone. this is serious. how certificate and chat data is related.
