and since we’re on the topic anyways im breaking my silence to say riwoo sounds like a whiny little rat and i genuinely stopped listening to bnd’s music cos of how grating his voice gets. sungho, myung jaehyun and leehan are the only ones who can sing in that group.
need to know what onedoors beef with sungho is cos when someone asks for sungho to be acknowledged as the main vocalist the narrative of “no official positions” gets shoved down out throats and this guy comes begging for it and yall just give it to him? alright
💬 Can you share what's your biggest goal?
🦦 We don't have (official) positions, but (I'd like to) be called the "main vocal"
🦦 I've set a very big goal
🦦 Since I was a trainee
🦦 Since I've danced for a long time, I wondered if the title "main dancer" would automatically be stuck on me
🦦 That's why Lee Mujin Service meant a lot more to me

it’s so cool to hear singers talk about the technicalities behind singing. there’s so much work that goes into making a song, i love listening to them explain different parts of the process. i wish sungho receives all the love and praise for his hard work
🐱 one thing that i'm a bit upset of is.. since the genre is ballad, the thing i focused on a lot while recording was emotional expressions. i paid a lot of attention on the details of my breathing and rather than just singing well or keeping my singing clean, i hoped that i sound more like i was speaking the lyrics itself. that was how it was if you see it from the recording perspective. there were a lot of things [that needed to be taken care of]. i especially thought a lot about how i could express the emotions that rise up to the tip of my chin together with my breath, and have them coming out at the end almost like soft outburst, conveying that feel of longing? and all that at once. there were a lot of things that need to be taken care of. but when it comes to the mixing process for the audio, uh... there was no choice but to smooth the raw feeling since it's not live. the official audio is really good too, but there were parts where i was really struggling with emotionally, and i was worried if that might not come through as clearly to listeners. when it was released earlier, i asked the A&R team about it and they said it didn't feel like that at all. they said it was good, so it was a relief and i guess i worried for nothing.
everyone let's give lots of love to sungho's live clip as well...🖤 (https://t.co/SGQm66FJQf)
🐱 if i were to tell you an anecdote.. if you watch the video, you’ll see there are a lot of different camera angles. since it’s a film video, what’s shown on screen really matters depending on the angle. just singing and playing the guitar already makes me feel overwhelmed.. but after each take they would give me feedback, right? whenever they made requests like, 'it would be nice if your head tilts this way, it would be nice if your gaze is here', it was overwhelming to me. i'm already thinking that i can't mess up the guitar and i have to sing well.. since i was also trying to calculate how i look depending on the camera angle that’s filming me at the same time [while singing and playing the guitar], it was quite harder than i expected.
🐱 there were way more elements set up than what i imagined, the displays, the lighting, even the flower petals.. i thought it would just be a simple studio session where i'd sit there, play the guitar, sing, while someone's there to film it straight through. that's what i thought after receiving the production plan, but even the background video sources were edited perfectly to match the timing of the song. even that was really pretty!
🐱 i thought, 'this has to turn out well, i can’t ruin this!' i realised there was so much more to bring to life in this project than i actually expected… so i worked even harder.
🐱 i hope onedoor listens to it a lot, and since it’s a remake released to commemorate the film’s premiere, it’s not actually the ost that goes into the movie. but still, i hope you’ll show lots of love to the film and listen to the song a lot too.
