One of the things I have noticed on X is that when prominent conservative accounts screw something up, they tend to retract their error and apologize for the mistake.

The prominent Leftist accounts who make such mistakes? Apologies and retractions almost never.

And as one of those conservative accounts who has from time to time made mistakes and then apologized for my error, I have noticed that Leftists will wallow in that apology as if it is proof of untrustworthiness rather than understanding it as the morally correct way to fix an error.

When you start seeing the act of admitting a mistake as being wrong, you have lost your way as a human.

Utah has not started work on a major dam in 40 years. Why? Utah's population has doubled. Water storage per person is down 50%.

Colorado completed the Chimney Hollow Dam in 2025, and the Ridges Basin Dam in 2008.

Utah - zero.

Yet, we have $1.4 Billion for a goondola, $3.5 Billion for stadiums we don't need, $1 Billion to move the State prison to a West Nile infested swamp on top of an old Salt Lake City dump.

The focus of Utah is entertainment, dirty soda, pink donuts, chocolate chip cookies, and data centers.

A state without factories is not a state, but a tourist attraction. You can't support a family on a tourism job.

Utah acts like New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco, but talks like the Pope lecturing us daily to be kinder, more dignified, and pay more tithing (taxes) to the State. Gov't is not a religion. Taxes are not tithing. The Gov is not a prophet to preach at us.

Utah families are working 2-3 jobs while the State spends wildly like New York City on nonsense.

AI cuts jobs in business, but increases State jobs. What's the deal?

We'd be better off dumping the Utah Legislature and let Amazon run our state better at a 50% savings - No Income Tax no Property Tax.

I feel like it’s finally safe to say this out loud: The COVID era was a time of staggering overreach and repeated, official betrayal. They took our freedom, our livelihoods, and our trust, and no one has answered for it.

We were forced into isolation, fueling a massive psychological crisis. Beaches, parks, and trails where transmission was virtually impossible were closed, ignoring the crucial role of sunlight and Vitamin D for immune function.

The government and employers forced vaccine mandates, making millions choose between a medical treatment lacking long-term safety data and their ability to feed their families. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical companies were granted total immunity from liability.

If you had a severe vaccine reaction, you were on your own. When people tried to share these stories of big tech silenced them and deleted their accounts.

The architects of these policies, like Dr. Fauci, shifted goalposts constantly. He received a preemptive presidential pardon from Joe Biden, and when recently questioned by Congress, pleaded the Fifth Amendment 111 times.

The biggest failure? We knew early on that metabolic dysfunction was a massive risk factor for severe COVID. Yet public health officials stayed completely silent on the importance of quality food, exercise, and true metabolic resilience.

Instagram deleted my account in 2021 for pointing all of these things out. YouTube deleted multiple videos on these topics.

We all lost something during those years. Whether it was someone you loved, your job, your sovereignty, or your health... I am truly sorry for your loss.

Utah lost 50% of our water storage capacity over the last 40 years from a doubling population.

Salt Lake City proposed a 370' dam in Big Cottonwood Canyon and a 410' dam in Little Cottonwood Canyon.

SLC's water applications are still active under Water Right 57-3287 (60,000 ac-ft), and 57-3288 (50,000 ac-ft).

Build these dams instead of the $1.4 Billion goondola.

Let's follow Colorado's example and build new reservoirs.

Utah has built no new major reservoirs built in 40 years. Why?
