Let me get this right again...

This mess started 2 weeks ago when an employee from one of the aforementioned mentioned state was fired, despite giving him warning 2wice he was still abusive to female employees, and he was forcing himself on one of them...

We work with quite young kids...

Do you think men with these ideology and mindset even deserve opportunity?

Now after my yesterday's post and replys, heres what ive noticed

1. We indian have become highly insecure and egoistic. Not ready to accept the probelms within. Instead either abuse or show whataboutery - look, look there they also did this, or look your ppl also did.
Is this what out indian culture and society come to that we have stopped developing ourselves.
This is the same mind set the man at the top works like, never ready to take blame for his actions, nor ready to accept any short coming.
Sociologist (a subject which i love the most) say a human society grows faster, when they accept short comings and correct it. - I belive we indian have stopped now.

2. Now not pinpointing but have to put this out - why almost 85-90% every reply is coming from Bihar

3. We belive in equal opportunity , be it Gender, religion, caste or creed
We have a total of 32 employees working of which 14 are female; 20 of which come from other states of which 12 from non south states; we have ppl from all religious faith be it hindu, muslim, Christian, Sikh or Buddhism.

4. All i want to is show a mirror to people who dont value human lives nor respect woman or children

5. Stop giving me gyan of my state, yes we know there are problems also, no place is white as a paper. But here we accept it and try to correct it. Offenders are behind bars.

श्मशान में अंतिम संस्कार के स्थान पर ऊपर कोई शेड या छत नहीं है। पिछले कुछ दिनों से लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण यहाँ खुले आसमान के नीचे दाह संस्कार करने में स्थानीय निवासियों को अत्यधिक कठिनाई और भारी मानसिक पीड़ा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। कुछ समाधान करें | (26.753346, 75.900350)
