P#3 aaha i was with amazon I thought as prime customer i will get help but when i called up customer care it is even sad they say they are helpless they can’t cancel order and neither insure faster delivery so my dream broken

P#3 i asked why you are not helping your customers and why your platform is seller focus where seller has all power to change the date and as customer i suffer but platform like @Flipkart and @myntra has process which are for customer they say that is how it is designed

P#2 i placed and order for mobile phone where it was showing delivery of 1 day so i placed an order and today seller changed the delivery date to 15 days later i got pissed off no mobile and no money to buy mobile

Fresh help by social media team which is highest in escalation due to some reason parcel is delayed and as customer of Amazon you cannot cancel order and wait till seller will wake up and deliver even it may be 1 year so guys careful with @amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmarUjalaNews
