Hey @ViCustomerCare, my SIM is active but has zero coverage. Visited the store and they’re asking me to pay ₹75 for a replacement for a SIM that’s not even a year old! Why should I pay for a faulty product? Please resolve this immediately or refund my yearly recharge. #VI#scam

@RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial@eCateringIRCTC Paid for food through IRCTC app, but no service was provided. Even after sharing the receipt, no one has a clue about the order! Is this some new kind of fraud? Where’s the account for such failed services? @fayedsouza@ravish_journo
@IRCTCofficial I have already tried sending emails and calling to the above number. The customer care replied they are not able to fetch the order details and no response to the email. Attached a copy of email for your reference.
This delay is causing inconvenience and raises concern about whether #IRCTC is following the correct accounting and refund standards expected from a national service provider.

It’s been almost 2 months now and I am still waiting for the refund from IRCTC for the service which was not rendered. This negligence left me hungry till destination. Refund immediately and fix accountability.
Pantry staff was also unaware of order. I tried Calling customer care( no response), Sent Email (No response), Raised a complaint on Rail Madad ( forwarded to higher authorities for action and closed request)
