राज्यसभा में नेता सदन श्री @JPNadda को पत्र लिखकर हल्द्वानी में मेरी जनसभा के बाद रामलीला मैदान में कराए गए शुद्धीकरण (purification) के गंभीर मामले में उनके द्वारा सदन में दिए गए आश्वासन की मैंने याद दिलाई है और आग्रह किया है कि इस पर तुरंत कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।

24 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी इस घृणित घटना के लिए जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों व संगठनों के विरुद्ध FIR तक दर्ज नहीं की गई है।

मैंने पत्र में स्पष्ट कहा है:

“यह मुद्दा निजी तौर पर मेरे या भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष पद से परे व्यापक तौर पर करोड़ों लोगों की भावनाओं से जुड़ा है, जो इस क्रूर वास्तविकता से रोज रूबरू होते रहते हैं। ऐसे गलत लोगों को सबक देना जरूरी है।”

और मेरी माँग स्पष्ट है:

“इन तथ्यों और राज्य सभा सदन में दिए गए आश्वासन के आलोक में आप मुख्यमंत्री उत्तराखंड को निर्देशित करते हुए यह सुनिश्चित करें कि हल्द्वानी में मेरी जनसभा के बाद रामलीला मैदान पर हुए शुद्धीकरण की इस घटना में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों और संगठनों पर प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज करें।”

चोर दरवाज़े से मोदी सरकार ने आरक्षण ख़त्म करने की योजना रची !!

2015 में केंद्र सरकार में 4.21 लाख पद खाली थे। 2024 में यह संख्या बढ़कर 8.24 लाख हो गई।

रेलवे में 2.40 लाख पद खाली हैं। डिफेंस में 2.41 लाख। गृह मंत्रालय में 1.10 लाख।

PSU में 5.1 लाख स्थायी नौकरियां खत्म हो गईं। ठेका कर्मचारियों की हिस्सेदारी 19% से बढ़कर 49% हो गई।

सवाल सिर्फ रोजगार का नहीं, सामाजिक न्याय का है।

सरकारी पद खाली रखो तो आरक्षण का अवसर खत्म।

PSU बेचो तो आरक्षित नौकरियां खत्म।

स्थायी नौकरी को ठेके में बदलो तो आरक्षण खत्म।

आरक्षण खत्म करने के लिए संविधान बदलना जरूरी नहीं, आरक्षण वाली नौकरियां खत्म कर देना ही काफ़ी है।

सामाजिक न्याय विरोधी भाजपा का यही एजेंडा है।

पद खाली रखो। PSU बेचो। ठेकेदारी बढ़ाओ।
और SC, ST, OBC, EWS से उनका संवैधानिक हक छीन लो।

बाबासाहेब के संविधान से मिले अधिकारों को षड्यंत्र के तहत खत्म करने की भाजपाई नीति का अब पर्दाफ़ाश हो चुका है।

Years earlier, 83-year-old undertrial Father Stan Swamy, suffering from Parkinson’s, had to fight for weeks just to get a straw and sipper so he could drink water without spilling. Medical bail repeatedly denied. He died in custody.

A police constable from the District Intelligence Unit allegedly fired an AK-47 during the student protest in Bihar. Suspending one constable cannot be the end of the matter.
Who allowed a constable to carry an AK-47? Who ordered the firing? Where is the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)?
Section 69 of the Bihar Police Act, 2007 empowers the District Superintendent of Police or an authorised officer to issue orders for maintaining public order. Section 64 requires Government approval and authorisation by the DGP or an authorised officer before deploying additional police in a disturbed area. Were these legal procedures followed?
Who gave the special order to carry and use a deadly weapon like an AK-47? What was the role of the SP, the DGP, the State Government, and the Chief Minister?
Suspending one constable is not enough. Accountability must extend to the entire chain of command.
Peaceful protest is a constitutional right. The Government must tell the public who gave the orders, who authorised the use of the AK-47, and who is ultimately responsible.
If this happened under a "double-engine government" led by a BJP Chief Minister, who will take responsibility? Will the Union and State Governments also accept responsibility for this incident, or will accountability stop with the suspension of one constable?

DMK, following the instructions of DMK President Hon'ble Thalaivar @mkstalin, during the meeting of the Parliamentary Business Advisory Committee (BAC) for the Lok Sabha held today in New Delhi, which manages the legislative timetable and allocates time for debates and discussions in Loksabha, strongly insisted allocation of time to discuss the Karnataka state's intention to construct the Mekadatu dam and the request of TN for formation of a Tribunal in this regard, which is going to severely affect the interests of farmers and people in Tamil Nadu, and also opposed the inclusion of the FCRA Amendment Bill 2026 in this session. DMK registered its protest that stakeholders and religious institutions affected by the draconian FCRA Bill have not been consulted till today. The DMK strongly expressed its opposition to moving the FCRA Amendment Bill 2026 in this session before the Lok Sabha Business Advisory Committee.
