I trusted my insurance. Their agent & underwriter failed. Now they threaten to cancel our policy.
This is our story (read all threads as well). Watch & share to hold them accountable. @careinsuranceIN#IRDAI@FinMinIndia@PTI_News@livemint
Question for @careinsuranceIN: If your own agent and underwriter fails, why is the penalty on me? I'm being punished for your employee's error. Protecting your commission chain shouldn't void my benefits of 8-year-old policy. @PTI_News@FinMinIndia
@careinsuranceIN says they 'reviewed' but won't change the decision. A simple question: Why must I, the consumer, lose my policy because YOUR agent & YOUR underwriter made a mistake? Are they above accountability? Is this the 'service' you promise? @FinMinIndia@jagograhakjago
To media & regulators: Is it just that an insurer can use 'policy terms' to cover up failures by its own agent & underwriter, leaving the consumer penalized? Our documented case shows how. @PTI_News@livemint@TheKenWeb@EconomicTimes
@careinsuranceIN, before you send another "standard" email, answer this:
Will you interview your agent (authorised/intermediary) & underwriter?
Will you correct the false "No Past Claim" record?
Will you review the actual medical evidence?
Here is @careinsuranceIN public response stating they have "addressed" my email. However, their standard reply does not address the documented agent & underwriter negligence or the false "No Past Claim" policy. The core issues remain. #CareHealthInsurance
Let's be clear: This isn't just a claim dispute. It's a system failure.
Agent gave wrong info.
Underwriter didn't verify.
Grievance cell sends template replies.
Who's accountable? @careinsuranceIN , your "standard response" is the problem. #SystemicFailure#ConsumerRights
To anyone porting or buying insurance: Verify everything (we trusted agent and company). Get guarantees in writing. Our story is a warning. This thread is the summary; We will fight for what is right. @CNBCTV18News@ETNOWlive (15/15)
