Despite informing @airindia about the sudden demise of my uncle, I am being subjected to constant pressure. This entire experience has caused me immense mental stress during the most difficult phase of my life. I am deeply disheartened. I will file a case and then commit suicide.

@airindia Booked a ticket for ₹8,707 and requested cancellation within hours due to a family bereavement. After repeated calls and emails, only ₹2,909 is being refunded. Deducting nearly 80% is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed.

Very bad experience @zomato
Ordered veg roll from Jungle Cafe (₹138 after discount). Delivery was 45 minutes late. Packaging was extremely dirty and food quality seemed like street dog. Roll was poorly made and seemed unsafe to eat. It was uneatable. Complete waste of money.
