Two things massively wrong in this video
1. The lady of the dog should have waited as she might have already known the dog is aggressive( based on the muzzle ) but still rushing herself into a crowded lift.
2. If we notice the girl on the left made a sudden move by pushing the dog and running away while the dog itself is calm. This had triggered the dog thinking into somethings wrong and it started charging. Staying calm and handling the situation would have avoided it. But I think she seems to be phobiatic to dogs in the first place. So even can’t blame her much!
