@MayorofLondon why is it so difficult to pay for ULEZ charges if you've forgotten your log in details? The instructions on the number to call are convoluted, it takes an age to speak to someone to reset and once logged in you have to work out the #ULEZ zone?! #robbery
Clearly you're impacted by the pandemic and cannot meet the customer's expectations so take a step back, listen to customers, read the tweets, cancel future bookings, not of those that turn on up on the day itself. Review and take action. A formal complaint will be written.
@AirCanada my wife is stuck in Montréal after her flight to EWR got cancelled. Hearing her experiences at the lack of communication and assistance, passengers sleeping on the floor, lost luggage etc has been distressing to hear.

Register an account on @patient and shows no available appointment slots. Then I fill out a form that does it's best to avoid having an online consultation. It's incredible to expect senior citizens who aren't as IT literate to go through such an arduous process. AMG - terrible.

This incident took place near to me last Friday/ Saturday. It's now Tuesday and it still hasn't been cleared. The lack of response creates a negative perception from residents on local authorities, naturally lowers societal standards.
For a number of years I hear of so many other elderly people including my parents, being harassed and falling into traps of fraud, it's upsetting. Should I really be paying extra to phone providers to stop unwanted calls or should #TPS@Ofcom@ICOnews do more!?
@Ofcom@ICOnews my parents, 65+ receive so many unsolicited calls of various forms each day. Some have recently worked out how to avoid the answer machine and so it's a continuous ring. Although the landline is registered with TPS, the process of logging complaints is arduous.

@lb_southwark Not received a single response back to an email sent on 19/01 reg a PCN not involving my vehicle. Do I continue to have an expectation of receiving a further charge weighing on me!? Guess you only respond back to cases where you can be assured of a payment.

I personally felt uneasy and disappointed at @asda 's complacency considering it's @GOVUK requirement to wear #facemasks at all business outlets. I shall tell my family and friends not to shop at this particular store as I feel it's unsafe. @TamesideCouncil
Visited @asda Cavendish St #AshtonULyne and saw half the customers not wearing #facemasks many buying last minute items for #Eid I asked the security guard at the entrance why aren't you enforcing and he showed me a printed statement from #ASDA saying staff can only advise.
Which he wasn't doing either! I asked the staff as I shopped and they expressed anxiety over customers not wearing facemasks and that ASDA aren't supplying their staff with enough support and #PPE waiting until 17th July for a stock of facemasks.
