There are moments that remind us why years of perseverance, sacrifice & unwavering commitment are always worthwhile. Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji's visit to the Main Control Room of HPCL Rajasthan Refinery (HRRL) on 4th July was one such unforgettable moment for the entire HRRL & HPCL family. It was a privilege for me, together with Dr. Neeraj Mittal, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, to brief Hon'ble Prime Minister, on the refinery's integrated processes, product portfolio and the advanced digital systems that drive safe, efficient & reliable operations.

Yet, beyond the technology and infrastructure, two memorable moments stand out for me - Hon'ble Prime Minister’s interactions with a representative sample of workers and technicians who were involved in the construction phase, and his impromptu interaction with the representatives of Team HRRL. Those moments were precious and the interactions were simply inspiring.

In those few moments, countless years of hard work, determination & resilience found their true meaning. Every challenge overcome, every milestone achieved & every hour devoted to building this world-class refinery seemed to culminate in a shared sense of pride and purpose. For every engineer, operator, technician, contractor & employee who believed in this dream and worked tirelessly to make it a reality, this was not merely an inauguration—it was an affirmation of what collective resolve can achieve.

As we look ahead, Team HPCL & HRRL carries this inspiration with renewed determination to raise the bar even higher, set new benchmarks in operational excellence, and contribute with pride to India's energy security and the vision of a Viksit Bharat.

Some milestones mark the completion of a project. Others ignite the beginning of an even greater journey. For Team HPCL & HRRL, this was one such moment.

During my recent visit to Chandigarh & Mohali, I had the opportunity to visit Modern Automobile Engineers, Rockrose Auto Centre, Chandigarh Petroways, and Ess Vee Filling Station —each outlet offering valuable insights into evolving customer expectations.

I interacted with our Dealers & Customer Service Assistants (CSAs), reviewed the customer journey firsthand, exchanged views on enhancing convenience, service quality & the overall retail experience. The ownership, commitment, and customer-first mindset demonstrated by our Dealers and frontline teams were truly encouraging—they bring the HPCL brand to life every day.

ਇਸ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਊਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਟਰੋਲੀਅਮ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਲਗਾਉਣ, ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਪੂਰਵਕ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਸੰਦੀਦਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ 'ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ' ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਯਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੀ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ।

Fake and misleading information regarding fuel rationing in Chandigarh is being circulated on social media.

HPCL clarifies that there is no shortage of Petrol or Diesel, and fuel supplies across Chandigarh remain normal and adequate.

The display of fuel limits at HG Petro Care, Sector-17, Chandigarh, was done at sole discretion of dealer and without any direction from HPCL. The poster has since been removed.

Strict action, including issuance of Show Cause Notice (SCN), has been initiated against HG Petro Care for unauthorized display and creating unnecessary panic.

Citizens are requested not to indulge in panic buying and to rely only on official communication. HPCL is committed to ensure fuel supplies across the chain to meet the energy demand.

उपरोक्त आँकड़े स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाते हैं कि आउटलेट सामान्य रूप से संचालित हो रह��� था, पर्याप्त स्टॉक उपलब्ध था तथा ईंधन वितरण पर किसी प्रकार की कोई रोक या सीमा नहीं थी।

उक्त आउटलेट को पटना ��िपो से नियमित रूप से आपूर्ति प्राप्त हो रही है तथा आपूर्ति श्रृंखला में किसी प्रकार का व्यवधान नहीं है।

बिहार में अप्रैल 2026 से मई 2026 के दूसरे सप्ताह तक, ऐतिहासिक खपत की तुलना में HPCL की संचयी वृद्धि निम्नानुसार रही है:
• पेट्रोल (MS): 17.3% वृद्धि
• डीज़ल (HSD): 7.1% वृद्धि

ग्राहकों से अनुरोध है कि वे सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारित ऐसे भ्रामक एवं निराधार वीडियो/संदेशों पर विश्वास न करें तथा सही एवं प्रमाणित जान���ारी के लिए केवल आधिकारिक स्रोतों पर ही भरोसा करें।

With an aim to provide better #Educational facilities & Inclusiveness for less privileged sections of the society, #HPCL associated itself with construction of Eklavya Hostel facility for tribal students at Mohanlalganj in Lucknow, in collaboration with Sewa Samarpan Sansthan, a registered unit with Akhil Bharatiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram.
The hostel facility was dedicated to the students by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath Ji, in august presence of Hon'ble MoS H&UA, GoI Sh. Kaushal Kishore.
