Looking for a thumbnail artist for my Roblox channel.

Someone who excels in 3d designing + branding

My roblox avatar does all the acting. 

What I need:

- You've done Roblox thumbnails before
- You're willing to learn my preferences and take feedback. I'd rather work with someone still improving than someone set in their own style
- You can pose and render avatars yourself in Blender or Studio, not just cut out screenshots
- Same style every video, so my channel page looks like one channel
