๐ Baron Coleman just wrote the defense's opening statement for free, live, on his own show.
Flock cameras read every plate in America. 4:15am. 4:27am. 5:13am. Straight to Orem. That timeline exists or it doesn't.
His closer: "You're going to see grainy underwater footage that may or may not be Bigfoot or space aliens."
He isn't wrong.

@paramounttactcl Great ! Block everyone that doesn't agree with you!๐ Do us all a favor! You'd have no one too Bitch at! No common sense. No attribute. Get over yourself, already. blah, blah. Old timer
This is burnt flesh with the shirt melted onto the flesh. Notice the distinct skin pattern in the blackened area? That puffing out happens with severe skin burns when the flesh is literally cooked (not to be gross) but it pops the butter layer of skin out like a porkrind. Fuethermore, notice how the one area flopped over looks leathery on the inner side but the outter side is white. That is again cooked flesh on the underside of the shirt that melted to his skin (or whatever material was under his shirt on his skin) there is also a shiny piece of metal in the most charred area and more of that glass, but with visibility blood on it placing it jn direct contact with Charlies body (UNLESS) the people in the car had bloody hands and were grabbing this glass off of Charlie and tossing it in the backseat. @RealCandaceO@baroncoleman@GraceSm16250397
Thank you for clearing this up! Innocent till proven guilty. So far circumstantial evidence. Till they can prove Tyler pulled a trigger! (Which he didn't) Explosive in Charlie's shirt/mic
From the defense perspective, the attack is not that each item literally โmeans nothing,โ but that the State is stacking evidence of association and asking the court to treat it as proof of the ultimate act:
The State has presented an impressive inventory of evidence proving everything except the one fact that ultimately matters: that Tyler Robinson fired the shot that killed Charlie Kirk. The screwdriver proves contact with a screwdriver. DNA proves contact with a rifle and ammunition. Video arguably proves presence on campus and perhaps on a roof. A vehicle proves transportation. Shoe impressions prove movement. A Dremel proves access to an engraving tool. Ammunition proves possession of ammunition. None proves that Tyler pulled the trigger at 12:23 p.m.
The rifle is the centerpiece, yet the fatal bullet fragments were not conclusively matched to that rifle. That is not a technicality. That is the missing causal bridge between Tyler, the alleged weapon and Charlieโs death. The State can prove Tyler touched the rifle a thousand times without proving he fired the fatal shot once.
Then come the alleged confessions. They are not physical evidence. They are words filtered through witnesses, screenshots, devices, interpretation and context. Twiggs is not a neutral forensic instrument. His credibility, recollection, motives and access must be tested. Electronic messages must be authenticated and placed in complete context. A photographed note, later found partially burned, presents obvious questions concerning provenance, custody and alteration.
The Stateโs theory may be compelling. It may easily satisfy probable cause. But at trial, evidence cannot become stronger merely because there is more of it. Twenty pieces of evidence proving association do not automatically become one piece of evidence proving causation. The unanswered question remains brutally simple: Where is the conclusive forensic proof that Tyler Robinson fired the projectile that killed Charlie Kirk? Until the State closes that gap, it has constructed an elaborate circumstantial case around the very fact it still must prove.
@LionelMedia@aburkhartlaw There is DNA of at least six people on the gun the most degraded are Tylerโs
They would have
So much explaining to doโฆโฆ..
No decent video on roof
10โ of dirt removed paved over
Items at library bus stop not tested
Where is Charlieโs shirt
So much evidence missing destroyed
@EdgarZamoraX@Sunkiss69152@paramounttactcl This is the only official version of the picture that I've seen. And they clearly say it's been digitally altered. Bottom line is there is no actual surveillance image of this person, this is simply the result of AI on a grainy image of Tyler Robinson.
