i know that buck has become more well-adjusted over the years but i really do love how maladjusted he is. he’s not normal at all he doesn’t react to things in an appropriate way and i really love that about him ❤️
@moong3nder YEAH and his reaction to eddie's arrival completely fits this angle as well! oliver rly played a posturing insecure omega in hiding flawlessly for no reason lmao, i kinda owe him a gift basket for that 🙏🏼
the fact that ppl can't agree on shannon's intentions is exactly where her tragedy lies, guys. shannon is this nebulous figure who is doomed to remain that way now. she didn't get to clarify, or prove herself, or even disappoint again – now she is a "what if" hovering over eddie+
thinking about buck who apologizes unnecessarily and eddie who is literally the only person on screen who’s ever told him “did you do something wrong ?… then what do you have to apologize for”
Shannon died to serve Eddie and Chris’ story. Kevin died to serve Chimney’s story. Bobby’s wife and kids died to serve his story. Emmett died to serve Athena’s story. Mara’s parents died so Hen and Karen could adopt her. Characters die sometimes to serve main characters’ plots.
i literally can't get "it ain't our fault that you aren't suddenly somebody else 'cause you worked on yourself, got a dog" out of my head..
@ noah kahan pls unwrite this line due to the emotional damage it inflicts on me. please. 🙏🏼
