Tips for curbing #liquidity in Indian markets.

If the government genuinely wants to curb liquidity in Indian equity markets, here are some policy recommendations:

1. Raise LTCG tax retrospectively to 20.47% so that FII are not able to exit longterm holdings. Apt lesson for the goras.

2. Re-KYC everytime a broker login is done. Plus an NOC from five ministries, renewed monthly, mandatory for selling.

3. Exit Transaction Tax (ETT) on every sell order. Plus 56% Liquidity Cess on that ETT. Selling of stocks leads to capital outflows & must be discouraged.

4. All price bands should be capped to 5% maximum. After all why does a stock need to move 10, 20% in a day.

5. Launch a National Liquidity Eradication Mission (NLEM) under a Bharatiya Nirdhan Trader committee with a ₹78,000 crore budget to investigate why liquidity is so abundant.

Na rahegi liquidity, na hogi underperformance. 💪

13. Online content concerning Hindu Women being shown in a derogatory manner - Approximately 529 videos removed and 50 YouTube channels banned following proceedings before the Delhi High Court.

14. Walmart - Offensive posts concerning Hindu Deities removed following a legal notice issued by us.

These are only some of the matters we have pursued. Approximately 30 cases are currently pending before different Courts and are being diligently pursued. Each matter presents its own challenges, and we remain committed to following the due process of law until the appropriate outcomes are achieved.

We share these developments not to claim credit or take pride in ourselves, but to reaffirm our faith that sincere efforts, perseverance and the pursuit of Dharma through lawful means can bring meaningful results. There remains much work to be done.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to Sr. Adv. Makarand D. Adkar Ji (@AdkarMakarand) for his constant support, invaluable guidance and encouragement in this journey. His guidance continues to strengthen our resolve to pursue these matters with sincerity, patience and commitment.
