Yesterday, Marco Rubio announced new restrictions targeting Cuban organizations, further limiting who Americans can meet with while traveling to Cuba.

Americans can travel freely to countries with one-party systems, monarchies, mass incarceration, political prisoners, or severe human rights abuses.
