The lobbying push occurs as western powers seek to anchor security and energy alliances in the region alongside expanding defense procurements, including Israeli missile and radar systems deployed across Cypriot territory.

The initiative follows the formal launch of IAF parliamentary caucuses in both Nicosia and Athens designed to align legislative agendas with Tel Aviv's regional interests.
