i will genuinely never understand why this happens. its one thing if person a is genuinely criticizing person b’s actions yk? that is not talking shit behind someones back imo, its just explaining how person a’s feelings were hurt by person b. (an example of when its more acceptable)

Vtubing is just full of mean girls. vtubing has made it feel so hard to connect to girls and find girl friendships. Everyone is mean to each other or talks behind each other’s backs.

i read every single comment on this as a PNGtuber and im so happy that everyone agrees we deserve the same amount of respect. its honestly just human decency but ive seen mentions of mean girls in the space so it is a bit daunting to join the vtubing community when you dont have the money for a Live2D or 3D model. we all start somewhere.

i relate to this, its honestly such a grind. you can be so passionate, yet so unmotivated. having a full time job outside of content creation is where it gets hard. you have a lot of responsibilities, and only so many hours in a day to get all of it done.

having time to yourself, friends, family, relationships is almost unheard of if youre not careful. i juggle editing, posting, clipping, crossposting, recording, asset management, etc. it can be a lot, you have to be obsessed with this to even make it work.

having a chronic illness, mental illness, disability, etc. makes it all the more difficult. (many of vtubers become vtubers for these exact reasons too.) so give them some grace and support, its not harder than a 9-5 but its difficult for a lot of us. sending love to fellow vtubers/pngtubers 💗

Little vent, but I find it so hard to come home and stream for you guys a lot of days as a neurodivergent person. I mask a lot at work, so it gets very exhausting and a lot of days I wish I could have more me time. You guys do make it very enjoyable though, thank you for always being patient with me!
