I have participated in the Content Writing contest for the 3rd month now by InvestinMusic organization. I have also researched many artists so that I can write quality articles to bring to readers as well as introduce the potential talent of # musiconchain to everyone. Among the artists, today I chose to write about Tess Henley @TessHenley because she is truly an example of a #web2 artist transitioning to #web3.
Why do I call a typical #web2 artist?
Tess Henley @TessHenley, like many other famous #web2 artists, is a girl who has lived in the cradle of music since she was very young - she was born into a family with a musical tradition. According to https://t.co/EeSMCnbRYu, her mother is a singer in a soul band and her brother plays guitar and has won major awards. Her younger sister and father help her manage and sell the musical works she produces. She is a singer, songwriter and music producer whose musical styles from her mother include soul, Motown and R&B. After they married in 2010, she moved to Los Angeles to live and produce music with her brother. In 2011, after contacting Motown Dice Raw, she was immediately agreed and supported to release her second album. In 2014, Tess won Guitar Center’s National Artist Discovery Program out of over 10,000 musicians/artists. Since then, she has released "Wonderland" and debuted on national television Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2015. On the popular music listening platform on #web2, Spotify, she has released 14 albums and singles. Currently, she has 210,604 monthly streams, but her outstanding songs include “Same Girl” with more than 4.7 million streams, “White Christmas” with more than 2.7 million streams. On the social platform Twitter, she has 194.8 thousand followers. From there we can see that she has a very large number of fans.
Career path #web3.
On August 26, 2021, Tess released the first #musicNFT of her music career “Mothing More To Say” which was purchased by @quiettheory for 1$ETH after only 1 day of release. On October 30, 2021, she released the 2nd product in the Paramount #musicNFT project "Love You More (at home version)" also on the https://t.co/8y0hkgNozP platform @catalogworks which earned 1.5 $ETH . On December 28, 2021, she and the 17th artist the park @thepark released the song "Rainwater" with 25 limited edition copies that earned 2.5 $ETH and currently has a floor price of 1 copy of more than 0.7 $ETH. She joined the https://t.co/Y9PLzq6PAE platform @soundxyz_, She only released “Good Day to You” on February 25, 2022. This song has 25 mints and she earned 2.5 $ETH. By June 22, 2023, her #musicNFT “Paramount” was sold out on the Gala Music platform @GoGalaMusic. Currently, you can listen to Tess Henley's music on the Gala Music platform to earn rewards for listening.

The vision and activities of SUN Network ☀️

SUN Network ☀️ is a collective of long-term investors and collectors with a vision that believes in the bright future of onchain music as well as believes that blockchain technology will contribute to changing the world in general, not just only a machine manipulated for money.

The group was established after all members unified about coming up with ideas together, sketching a vision, choosing a group name, designing a logo, building different connection channels, etc.

We have always oriented from the beginning that SUN is a place where all members have equal right in giving their own information and opinions in order to contribute to the overall development of the SUN and let members work on their strengths. As a result, the strengths of SUN comes from all members' contribution that is not depending on any individual. SUN is a collective, a team, a group, not anyone's!
